It was a great location close to tourist attractions and many wonderful fine dining restaurants such as Ozumo and Boulevard. I loved the room with a view. Stayed there for trip and had a great experience, so I will be returning here soon.

Fast check-in and late check-out made our stay convenient. The rooms were nicely updated, a good size, and had a bath with rose petals and amazing views. Great location in a quiet area, just a short walk to AT&T Park.

The hotel was absolutely great, as you can expect from San Francisco. They offered us immaculate and impressive rooms with a view, spacious bed, and multi-colored rose petals. The property was in a very central setting close to the business district. It was also very close to the Ferry Building, Exploratorium, great restaurants, and the Ferry Building.

cosy base for 1 night with very good staff with excellent customer service. a private safe, a mini bar, and central heating available in the queen room. location - brilliant, short walk to the piers, the bay bridge, giants stadium, and so much more, oakland bay bridge and the bars. also, on the northern waterfront.
