Small room, difficult to move, high bed, disappointing view. Extraordinary service, knowledgeable staff, beautiful pictures. Bikes, happy hour, coffee, local restaurants within walking distance. Great location, quiet rooms, comfortable beds, inviting common space, friendly staff. Scenic spot, wine hour, Ferry Plaza Farmer's Market, quieter part of the city.

I recently stayed at Harbor Court for two nights while visiting the city. The staff were incredibly helpful and resolved a room mix-up with efficiency. The bed was super comfortable and the location was perfect for exploring the waterfront and city sights. The complimentary milk and cookies each night was a lovely touch, and having the YMCA next door was convenient. the accommodations were excellent, but it was the outstanding staff that made the experience truly memorable. I highly recommend a Bay Bridge view room.

The hotel was conveniently located near the Ferry Building and a short walk to the Exploratorium, making it perfect for our visit to the city. We were pleasantly surprised by the clean and updated rooms, with spacious bathrooms and comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful, offering great recommendations for nearby restaurants. We also enjoyed the complimentary wine offered by the hotel. a fantastic location with excellent service and amenities.

We did experience some noise disturbances from neighboring construction at early hours, which slightly affected our stay.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff and excellent location. Great food in the restaurants such as Yank Sing, located 5 min away. Plus, Wi Fi was available.

We had a fantastic time exploring the city from Harbor Court. The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, ensuring our stay was memorable. The views from the View Rooms were breathtaking. Location was perfect for exploring the financial district and the ferry building. We would definitely recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay in SF.

Exceptionally maintained waterfront hotel with stunning bay views. Friendly and accommodating staff, especially the registration manager who went above and beyond. Convenient location for exploring Embarcadero area and nearby attractions. Spacious and clean rooms with comfortable beds. Complimentary amenities like clean water, coffee, and wine during happy hour.

All in all, I spend my time amazingly. Bathroom was beautiful. Definitely would stay there again, you are dope!

It's a little loud. No kettle in the room. They promised to bring it, but apparently they forgot.

The location was amazing, just a short walk to the ferry building and the food market on Saturdays. We could easily visit tourist attractions as everything was close by. Getting to the hotel from the airport was convenient. The hotel facilities were clean and the staff was friendly.

The phenomenal service from all the staff. The terrific upgrades to help celebrate my hubby's birthday. The wonderful "extras" of cookies in evening, lounge area with fireplace to relax, convenience of getting to Ferry Building/Wharf area and Embarcadero. Would absolutely return again!

Excellent location next to ferry terminal...easy access to major highways in and out of SF yet very close to the downtown area. Superb lobby facilities although the Boarding Pass printing software needs work.

We had the most amazing stay at this place! The location is unbeatable, situated right next to the bay with breathtaking views. The best part is, we were within walking distance to countless attractions and wonderful restaurants! The service here is beyond friendly with fanatic customer service, from the bell staff who helped us with our luggage to the staff at the restaurant who provided excellent room service. The room we stayed in was spacious and clean with premium bedding and blackout curtains for a wonderful night sleep. They even provided free toiletries and bottled water for our convenience.

The location is perfect: near the ferry building , F line, Bart, and cable cars. Our bay view room was simple, really comfortable and designed well. Jon honored our birthday celebration with wine and chocolates: so thoughtful.
