Couple seeking a cozy getaway
The location was the gem of it all. I loved strolling along the water at the Embarcadero, with a cup of hot coffee in my hands, just watching the sun come up over the Bay Bridge. And the staff? Pure magic- Nahid was like family
It wasn’t the cheapest option but worth it for the memories.

Staying in a Deluxe Queen Room for three nights offered a nice lounge area with a fireplace, perfect for relaxing after exploring. The location was excellent, with nearby restaurants and scenic walking paths. However, the room was a bit smaller than anticipated, and soundproofing could be improved. It would have been nice to have more variety in morning food options beyond pastries.

This one had me thinking…
With a great location near the Ferry Building and a friendly staff, my stay was delightful. The wine happy hour was a lovely surprise, adding a touch of charm. While the room was cozy and clean, some may find it a bit small. Ideal for a short getaway but consider room size for longer trips.

From the moment I checked in, I was blown away by how cozy my Waterfront One King room was, not to mention the stunning views! I really loved relaxing at the rooftop pool with its breathtaking skyline backdrop and enjoying the outdoor seating by the fire pits. The only hiccup was the limited continental breakfast options, but that didn’t take away from my overall experience! 😊

missingWrote a review on Jun 25prime locationcomplimentary wineparking fees
The location offers easy access to public transportation and nearby attractions, enhancing mobility around the area. The hotel provides complimentary wine hour, a nice perk for unwinding after a day of exploring.
The Deluxe Queen Room felt cramped, lacking adequate seating with no chair or table, making relaxation challenging. There were noise issues from the neighboring buildings, disrupted by loud commercial AC units that affected sleep quality. On top of that, parking fees can hit hard, with valet options reaching up to $70 a night, which is steep for a weekend stay. The lack of variety in breakfast options left room for improvement, something that can definitely enhance the experience.

pleasant stay with minor quirks
The staff went above and beyond, helping us locate our bay tour with ease. I appreciated the personalized service from housekeeping, who ensured we had extra water in our room while we were out.
The location, while close to the BART station, could be a bit noisy at times.
